Deposit:

A deposit will be collected up front in the amount of $200.00 to secure a dog/puppy spot in a litter.  The deposit is put towards the balance of the full purchase price of the puppy.  If desired puppy is not present in said litter, the deposit is rolled to the next available litter.  In some instances, it is up to the discretion of Broken Arrow Aussies regarding deposit refund and whether appropriate.

Purchase Pricing: 

Pricing is determined based on bloodlines, coat color, and overall confirmation/performance qualities of a litter.  This pricing is at the discretion of Broken Arrow Aussies.  This price does not include any shipping to Seller.  Seller is responsible for any/all shipping cost including a crate.

Payment:

Deposit payment is to be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or to the address on said above contract prior to securing a spot on any litter list.  The Seller has the discretion to have any and/or all payments paid via other alternatives discussed between Buyer and Seller.  Balances Due are to be paid prior to exchange no less than 72 hrs. of delivery of said dog/pup.  Balances are due via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or again to the address on this contract stated within.  Cash is accepted as well.
